With over 17 years in the fitness industry. You can expect quality and results. 17 years teaching Aerobic classes, 13 years Personal Training, 5 years Spin bike instructor, 3 years as a Cancer Exercise Specialist, 2 years as a Urban poling instructor and 19 years as a nutritionist.

I can design training workouts, meal plans or workout packages tuned to your goals. I even do nutrition consultations and nutrition plans. If you need motivation, or accountability, weigh-ins  and weekly talks, I am here for you.

The best part of my fitness career is that I can help people. I am not just changing their weight, I am prolonging life and improving their health. I want you to succeed!

I am a married mother of 3 kids. When I am not training or teaching classes I spend my time running my kids around to hockey. I love to share all my energy and enthusiasm with my clients and fitness class participants.

* Four training sessions are offered exclusively to those who have been assessed at an intermediate or advanced level of fitness by our personal trainers.  These sessions are not available for those who are starting out.

Getting Started

When you’re starting out, the gym setting can be quite intimidating.  Please don’t hesitate to ask questions!

Gym Memberships

Memberships are purchased separately, so you can enjoy gym use outside of your training sessions.  Check out our membership pricing in our store or on the membership page.

Booking Training Sessions

All personal training session dates MUST be booked at the time of your consultation.  This is vital to helping you commit to your program.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours prior to session or session will be forfeited.

Cancelled sessions MUST be made up the within the same week.

Optional Add-Ons

Must be purchased in conjunction with a training package.

Ongoing Body Fat Testing/Weigh Ins and Measurements

Program Design – A “take Home” program for you to use throughout your training period

Extra sessions – Add on an extra session or two to help you master part of your program or learn modifications to get you closer to your fitness goal.

Your Body Mass Index (BMI) like your cholesterol and blood pressure, is an important number to understand. BMI is a measure which takes into account a person’s weight and height to gauge total body fat in adults.

A healthy weight is considered to be a BMI of 24 or less. A BMI of 25 to 29.9 is considered overweight. A BMI of 30 and above is considered obese. Individuals who fall into the BMI range of 25 to 34.9, and have a waist size of over 40 inches for men and 35 inches for women, are considered to be at especially high risk for health problems.
