Getting Started

When you’re starting out, the gym setting can be quite intimidating. We'll help you get familiar with equipment use, help you understand why form is important, and offer training that will get you further, faster based on your fitness goals. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions!

Training Package Includes:

60 - 90 minute consultation for your:

Fitness evaluation

Goal setting objectives

Body measurements

Weigh in

One-on-one training with one of our certified personal trainers

Gym introduction and etiquette standards

Proper technique and posture using equipment

Cardio equipment instruction

Learn tips to make the gym part of your routine

Journaling and recording gym sessions to track progress

Direction, motivation and accountability

Gym Memberships

Memberships are mandatory for all personal training sessions so you can enjoy gym use outside of your training sessions. Check out our membership pricing here.

Booking Training Sessions

All personal training session dates MUST be booked at the time of your consultation. This is vital to helping you commit to your program.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours prior to session or session will be forfeited.

Cancelled sessions MUST be made up the within the same week.

Training Availability:

Monday – Friday 5:30am to 7:30am and 4:00pm to 7:00pm

Saturday & Sunday 8:00am to 2:00pm
